    November 2010 is our last best chance to take America back from the bankers. We must pressure our candidates to run with only 2 planks in their platforms.
    1) REPEAL THE FEDERAL RESERVE ACT!!!
    2)TRUE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM (remove private and corporate funding)
    These are critical in the pursuit of fiscal responsibility! If these 2 goals cannot be reached, I hold little hope for the country.

    Yes this is my town Eugene, Oregon and she is sure dying inside out. What do you expect when they triple the cost of housing or more? When they expect you to have outstanding credit and you max it out on stuff you do not need at a box store? Don’t believe in the media telling you there is a recovery. It is not happening. BOTH parties are to blame for this mess! I lean liberal but I vote independent. The big reason is the crooks in the goverment, they take take take, wall street as well steals.

    All good advice. I’d like to emphasize something you already said. Never turn your back on family and neighbors. They’re your greatest asset. When the chips are down, the politicians won’t save you. They’re saving themselves. support your friends and neighbors and they will do the same for you. your neighbors have skills you don’t have and visa versa. Trade those skills and barter. Forget money except to pay only necessary bills. Barter the rest and preserve capital

    make sure you have an alternative heat source. Cant drill a well? stock up on water. Not all of us will lose our homes, do what the illegals do, put 30 people in a two bedroom house, its survival! If you lose your job, go back home to family. Dont turn your back on your neighbors. Protect them and yourself, Arm yourselves! Start storing matches, wood, learn how to can your own food. If you can do it safely, store fuel. Learn to hunt, stock up on first aid items.STOP BUYING WHAT YOU DONT NEED!

    All very sad and All very true. Phase 2 starts this fall when lots of the commercial loans come due, next year will be worse. Our defense is to educate ourselves, find out how they robbed us and do something about it! This is America, my family has fought and died for this country since its inception and I for one will NOT go down without a fight! Replace your lawn with a garden, drill a water well, stockpile canned meat. Stock up on bleach, cooking oil, garbage bags, put in a wood burner

    How will HYPERINFLATION happen if we are all too stupid to see that the dollar is worthless?
    I would WELCOME hyperinflation at this point, because it means we have awakened and will begin the move back to sound CONSTITUTIONAL money, taking our medicine will be rough but it is necessary for healing.

    When the US collapses I will then start buying a USA Index fund. It will be cheap . i will buy the sahres at 1 dollar a pop for a few years. They will come back up. The USA will suffer for 3-10 years. Once they come back up I will retire. Good luck all. Have a plan. Have some silver. cases of water and food at home. A first aid kit. A couple riffles.
