    The rules vary by state, but in most places you will need to be a Realtor or a Realtor’s assistant in order to get MLS access. The costs will also vary, so you might want to check with someone in your area who is licensed and ask them.

    I am not licensed- I have several friends who are and they let me use their MLS.
