What should a good realestate agent do for me?
June 28th, 2010 | by admin |Im buying a new home and I think my realtor is not doing a good job. What should a good realtor be willing and ready to do for a client?
Figure out what you want, and do the research
1. send you a daily list by email of properties that could be in the ball park of the properties you may like, then wait for your feedback.
a. location ok?
b. type of home ok?
c. prices in your range?
d. you need pre approved mortgage?
e. warn you of anything going on in the market
f. tell you of new developments

help you find a house that meets your budget, needs and desires and then negotiates the best price possible…not just find a house you will buy at the highest price so they get the highest commission possible.
